Gluten Free Chocolate Chip or Carob Cookies

1/4 cup Soy Flour
1/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
6 1/2 tbsp smart balance butter blend
6 tbsp Splenda for Baking
6 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar For Baking
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Orgran NO Egg or 1 Egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
1/2 cup crushed almonds optional

Sift dry items in bowl. Beat together splenda and smart balance, add egg product and beat again. Stir in vanilla, add dry items, chips & nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes.
