Low Sugar Holiday Cookies

6 oz Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
6 tbsp using A Smart Balance Butter Blend Stick
1 Cup Splenda Granulated For Baking 
1 Egg White
1-2 Tbsp Agave Syrup
2 Cups Sweet Rice Flour
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp Zyad Indian Nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground gloves
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix applesauce, butter blend, Splenda, egg white, and Agave in large mixing bowl. Sift all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Then add into bowl with wet ingredients and mix again.  Chill dough in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Preheat Oven To 350
Form Dough Into 30 Balls. Place On Parchment Paper or Cookie Sheet Sprayed With Baking Flour. Smash down with a fork, then make criss-cross patterns

Bake for 10-12 Minutes.
