Basil Chicken & Wine

4 Organic Skinless Thin Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp Organic Hungarian Paprika
1/3 Cup Homemade Chicken Broth Made With Less then 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/3 Cup White Wine
1 TSP Fresh Basil
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil =EVOO

Heat 2 TBSP EVOO over medium-high heat in skillet. Sprinkle Chicken with paprika. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side. Add remaining items. Bring to a boil, simmer, covered 10-15 minutes until juices run clear. Serve with a little Organic Lemon juice drizzled over chicken and some brown rice and small spring mix salad.
