Turkey Bacon Hashbrown Casserole


Assembled & Ready To Cook




1 PKGE Cascadian Farms Frozen Hash Brown or Other Brand That Has 10MG Salt or Less
All Whites Egg Whites or Other Brand 
1 PKGE Frozen Chopped Spinach With No More Then 10MG Salt 
Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1-2 TBSP Crushed Garlic
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Trader Joes Nitrate Free Turkey Bacon Thighs or your own turkey brand (optional)
Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
Large Pan
Large Oval 2-3 Quart Corningware or Other Brand Casserole Dish
Canola or Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Spray large pan & casserole dish with cooking spray. 
Finished Product
Pour in desired amount of egg whites from carton in pan. Cook until just set, set aside pan. 

Put & spread around some of the frozen hash brown into the casserole dish. Now remove the intact egg whites from pan and put into casserole dish, add in crushed garlic and sprinkle around. Cook spinach in microwave & drain throughly and then pat dry to squeeze out any excess water. Sprinkle some spinach on top of garlic, layer on your sliced bellas, layer on your frozen potatoes, layer on your bacon in slices or cut-up, pour your roasted red pepper alfredo sauce one top. Cook in a 350 Degree oven until done.
