Passover Chicken With Peaches

6-8 chicken breasts or thighs with skin
1 Jar Smucker's Simple Fruit Peach (Use Extra Jar if Cooking More Chicken
About 1 Cup Orange Juice
2 TBSP Water
2-3 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Assemble Chicken in a non-stick roasting pan. Spread Peach Jam over chicken. Pour orange juice over chicken mixture. Add water to the chicken mixture. Add in the EVOO.

Bake at 375 Until Chicken Reaches a Temp of 180.
