Pear Almond Quick Bread

3 cups Bob's Red Mill sweet rice flour
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal

Add 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Low Sugar Vanilla Soymilk When Batter is Mixed Completely.
1 1/2 TSP Argo Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Seas salt
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Natural Applesauce No Sugar Added
3 Organ Brand Tablespoons of No Eggs Egg Replacer
6 TBSP Spring Watter
2 Cups Splenda For Baking
2 Cups Peeled Shredded Pears
1 Cup Chopped Almonds or Pecans (Optional)
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Olive Oil Fat Free Cooking Spray or Flour Spray






Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the applesauce, Orgran No Egg Replacer, Water splenda, grated pears, almonds, and vanilla and mix. Add to well of dry ingredients. Mix With a Mixer until Well Blended.  Spoon batter into 2 8x5x3 inch loaf pans or use a multipurpose baking pan that has been sprayed with Baking Flour Spray or you can use cooking spray and actual flour.
  3. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F (165 degrees C) oven for 35-50 minutes. Cool before removing from the loaf or all purpose baking pan.
