Brown Rice Flour Bread

6 Cups Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar For Baking Blend
1/4 cup Organic Natural Unsweetened Applesauce
1 1/2 tbsp yeats
2 tsp Sea Salt
3 Cups Water


Mix dry items well. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add applesauce and mix into dry items. Add more warm water to make a soft mixture. Place in greased muffin tins pans or bread pans that have been sprayed with canola oil spray. Let stand 45 minutes and bake in a preheated 350 oven until bread is browned on top with cracks, about 30 minutes.

Gluten Free baked items do not tend to rise as high or be a light texture and will burn quicker.
