Flank Steak Marinade

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 TSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TSP Whang Green Soy Sauce or one with less than 253MG Per TBSP
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
1 TSP Sesame Seeds
1 TSP Garlic Granules
1/4 TSP Ground White Pepper
1/4 TSP Oregano
2 Medium Bell Peppers (Anything EXCEPT GREEN)
1 Large Onion Sliced & Diced

Marinate Steak in One Bag Overnight or at Least 6 Hours, Marinate Veggies in Another Bag for same amount of time. Discard Marinade and You Are Now ready To broil.

Preheat Broiler
Place steak on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 8-10 per side depending on thickness of your flank steak. Cook peppers in another broiler pan till crisp or cook in skillet with an additional 1 TSP o EVOO. Peppers & onions should be crisp and not soft.
