Humus With a Kick

1/2 15 Oz. Can of Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained Low Sodium or No Salt Added or Dried Black Beans
1/2 cup Chili's Brand Picante Sauce
3 TBSP Santa Cruz Organic Lime Juice or Fresh
1 Medium Garlic Glove Peeled
2 TBSP Chopped Fresh or Dried Cilantro
1/2 TSP Ground Cumin

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, Vitamix or small food processor, and puree until smooth. Serve with 5 Soft Corn Tortillas, Cut into 8 Wedges Each, or Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas.
Bake in a 350 Degree Oven for 8 Minutes. Then Cool And Enjoy.

Makes About 1 Cup Bean Mixture
Serves 4 = 1/4 cup hummus per person and 10 chips per serving.
