Fruit Brownies Made With Carob or Chocolate

2/3 Cup Oat Flour
1/3 Cup Sweet or Brown Rice Flour
1 TSP Aluminum Free Baking Powder
4 Egg Whites Stiffly Beaten
1/2 Cup Smart Balance Butter Blend Stick
1TSP Blue Agave Nectar Syrup
1TSP Vanilla
1/2 Carob Powder or Organic Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP Smart Balance Butter Blend Stick, Melted
3 TBSP Light Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Cup Plain Unsalted Almonds Chopped, Minced or Smashed
1/2 Cup Carob Chips or Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Dates, Chopped

Preheat Oven T0 350
In a large bowl  combine flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl cream together butter blend and agave until smooth, add egg whites and vanilla and mix.
In a third bowl combine blend the carob powder, melted butter and soy milk together, then pour into agave mixture and blend well. Add the flour mixture slowly stirring together until smooth. Add the nuts, carob chips and dates.
Pour the batter into a lightly oiled 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool Before cutting into squares. Should yield about 24 squares.
