Whole Grain Pasta With Chicken Garlic & Pesto

Cook 1 Box of Whole Grain or Whole Wheat Pasta To Your Desired Texture.
Keep in Mind that DUE TO these Pasta's Higher Protein Content You Need To Cook Them several Minutes Longer then a Traditional White Flour based Pasta. I never use WHITE FLOUR PASTA"S>
Please remember that ALL White Flour Pastas Are Refined and will Raise Your Insulin & Glucose Levels Much Higher and have less FIBER.

Drained Cooked Pasta in a Colander in A Sink
In large bowl empty cooked pasta.
Add in 1-2 tsp of crushed garlic
Add in grilled & sliced chicken strips, 
Add in 2-3 TBSP Sundried Tomatoes, 
Add in 1-2 TBSP Pesto Sauce make your own. 

Toss everything together and your dinner is done. Optional to add in some steamed broccoli pieces if you want to make the meal Healthier.

Serve with a Small Side Salad of Romaine Lettuce, Sliced & Peeled European Cucumbers, Oregano, EVOO, freshly Ground Pepper, and Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar.
