Healthier Cream of Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Smart Balance Omega 3 Fat Free Milk
2 TBSP Extra Virgin.olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups Organic low-sodium chicken broth or your own
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2 TBSP Splenda
1/2 TSP Sea salt
1/4 TSP Zyad Nutmeg Powder(Not Course Ground Nutmeg or you could grind your own Nutmeg Powder)
1 TSP Fresh lemon juice 
 
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a 2 1/4 quart saucepan. Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes. 
Add chicken broth, Milk, pumpkin, Splenda, salt and nutmeg, and bring to a boil. 
Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. 
Add lemon juice, and serve warm with some warm Ciabatta Bread
