Banana, Oatmeal, Almond, & Greek Yogurt Muffins

1 1/4 cup Natural Organic Oatmeal (Do Not USE Quakers
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Sweet Rice Flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal Flour
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Orgran No Eggs or 2 Eggs
1 0r 2 containers of Chobani Greek Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
4 Ripe Bananas If Small otherwise 3 Medium Ripe Bananas
1/4 cup Splenda for Baking
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 4 Oz Container Natural Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 crushed plain slivered almonds 
or 1/4 cup Blue Diamond Brand Cinnamon Brown Sugar Almonds Crushed

Preheat Oven to 375

Put All Ingredients in One Bowl. Mix with an Electric Mixer.

Spoon Batter in Muffin Pan that has been sprayed with Baking Flour Spray

Bake 22-25 Minutes or Until Inside is Dry Using The Fork Tine Test.

If you want 8 Muffins use 1 Container Yogurt & 3 Bananas. If You Want 11 Use 2 Containers and 4 small Bananas.
