Danish Cake With Healthy Flours

1 Cup Smart Balance Butter Blend
1 Cup Splenda For Baking
3 Ogran No Eggs Egg Replacer or 3 Egg Whites 
3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Mill Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Hazelnut Flour
2/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Light Oat Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Combine Smart Balance Butter Blend with Splenda, add egg product one at a time, beat well. Add sifted flours, vanilla, & lemon peel.

Pour into Sprayed Loaf Pan And Bake in a Moderate Temp Oven For 45 Min. You Can Do 350 - 375 Depending On The Power of Your Oven.
