1/2 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend
1/2 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites or 1 tsp Organ No Egg Natural Egg Replacer
1/2 Cup Krema Smooth Creamy Natural Peanut Butter or NoNuts Golden Peabutter
1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Flour or Rice Flour
1 1/ Cups Organic Oat Bran Cereal
3/4 tsp Rumford Aluminum Free Natural Baking Powder or another aluminum free brand
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Preheat over to 350.
In a mixing bowl mix melted butter with sugars.
Add egg or whites or egg replacer; and mix well.
Stir in peanut butter or pea butter and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Add remaining dry ingredients; mix well.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Criss-cross on each cookie with the tines of a fork.
Bake 10-12 minutes on until brown.
Let Cool for 5-7 Minutes
You Can Freeze These And Enjoy Many More Times
Yield 36 Cookies.
