Tripple Tomato Pieroge's

1 Box Mrs. T's Frozen Potato & Onion Pierogies
1 Can No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 Package Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes Preferably Without Oil
2 TBSP Amore Tomato Paste

1 Cup Chopped Frozen Broccoli
1 3 Quart Deep Casserole Dish
Non Stick Cooking Spray
Spray Casserole Dish
Spread Frozen Pirogi's Evenly Across Pan
Spread Frozen Broccoli Over Pierogies
Spread Canned Tomatoes Over Broccoli
Spread Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes over Diced Tomatoes
Spread Tomato Paste Evenly Over Sun Dried Tomatoes
Bake 350 for 30-40 Minutes

Tomato Olive Casserole

1 Box of Mrs. T's Potato & Onion Pierogies
12 Oz Frozen Peas
6-10 Ounces Chopped Olives
15 Ounce Diced Tomatoes Fresh or in a Can With No Salt Added
1/2 Cup Sliced Portobella Mushrooms
16 Ounces Ground Chicken Italian Sausage
1 16 Ounce Bottle Classico Mushroom Alfredo Sauce
1 Casserole Dish
Tinfoil

Spread Frozen Pierogies on Bottom Of Casserole Dish
Add in Sausage, Peas, Olives, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, & Sauce

Bake 350 With Tinfoil on for 30 Minutes
Remove Tinfoil And Cook for Another 30 Minutes

Potato & Onion Pierogies With Spinach, Tomato, Garlic, Mushroom, & Sauce

1 Large Oven Safe Casserole Dish
Fat Free Cooking Spray
1 16 Oz Box of of Mrs Ts Frozen Potato & Onion Pierogies 
1 LB Low Fat Isernios Ground Chicken Italian Sausage Or Like Brand
2 TBSP Roasted Minced Garlic
1 14.5 Oz Can No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
10 Oz Frozen Chopped Spinach, Cooked & Patted Very Dry
15 Oz. Classico Alfredo Mushroom Sauce or The Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce

Spray Casserole Dish
Evenly Spread Out Pierogies On Bottom of Dish
Add in Ground Chicken Italian Sausage
Add in Tomatoes
Add in Spinach
Top With sauce
Bake 350 For 40-50 Minutes

Add in Peppers
Add in Sauce
Add in Ground Chicken Italian Sausage

Bake at 350 For 45-50 Minutes
Tear Up Cheese  Bake Another 4-5 Minutes
