All Purpose White Sauce

2 tbsps Smart Balance Butter Blend
2 tbsps Bob's Red Mill Potato Flour
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup milk, cream, or stock

Melt butter blend over low heat. Add & blend the Potato Flour and Sea Salt. Stir milk or cream or stock in slowly.

Cook & stir the sauce until it is smooth and boiling. A perfect white sauce will be smooth looking.
