Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Fair Trade or Organic Dark chocolate bar, chopped
1/4 cup Organic Maple syrup or Maple Grove Sugar Free Maple Syrup Made With Splenda
1/4 cup agave nectar
2/3 cup whole grain spelt flour or Sweet Rice Flour
1/4 cup Fair Trade or Organic Baking Cocoa
2 Organic Omega 3 eggs or 2 Egg Whites
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with oil and lightly dust with flour.
In a saucepan heat the oil and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted.

Stir in the remaining ingredients
Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
