4 Chicken Breast Halves
Sea Salt
Black Peppercorns in Grinder
3 TBSP EVOO
3 Gloves Garlic
2 TBSP Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar
1 Medium Colored Bell Pepper (Not Green)
1 TBSP Water
Season Chicken with enough sea salt & pepper to be drizzled. Cut pepper into strips. Heat oil in large pan. Add chicken, cook, turn over until brown on both sides. Add pepper strips, cover & reduce heat. Cook until peppers are tender. Add garlic, cook uncovered until soft, stir in vinegar and water and heat until chicken reaches internal temp of 180,
