1 Jar Smucker's Low Sugar Apricot Preserves
1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Clementines
2 TBSP Water
1 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 TBSP Smart Balance Olive Oil Butter Blend
1 TBSP Smart Balance Olive Oil Butter Blend
Assemble Chicken in a non-stick roasting pan. Spread Apricot preserves over chicken. Pour clementine juice over chicken mixture. Add water to the chicken mixture. Add in the EVOO & butter blend.
