Curry Your Way

Heat 2 TBSP EVOO in Deep Skillet
Add & cook organic chicken or grass-fed beef until golden
2 Lrge Chopped Onions

Stir in 2 TSP Rice Flour
1/4 TSP Agave Nectar
1/4 TSP Sea Salt
1 TBSP Curry Powder or more to taste if you prefer. Better to add more later.

Add homemade stock to make 2 cups. Cook & stir until thick, simmer for about 5 minutes, on very low heat, stir. Add chopped cooked meat. Taste & add more curry & salt if needed. Perfect to double the recipe & freeze individually. Serve over Brown Rice & small romaine salad.
