Banana Greek Yogurt Steel Cut Mocha Oat Muffins



1 1/4 Cup McCann's Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1 TSP Aluminum Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Cream of Tartar
2 Egg Whites
2 Small Yoplait Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurts or 12 Oz from Larger Container
2 Smashed Ripe Banana
2 4Oz Mussleman's Applesauce Sweetened with Splenda
1/4 Cup Splenda For Baking
Splenda Flavors for Coffee Mocha 2-3 Individual Sticks
1 TSP Organic Agave Syrup
1/4 Crush Blue Diamond Brand Cinnamon Brown Sugar Almonds

Preheat Oven to 375

In Large Bowl Completely Mash Bananas, then add all Ingredients and Mix with Large Stirring Spoon.

Spray 12 Cup Muffin Pan with Flour Spray or Olive Oil Spray

Bake 23-30 Minutes Depending on Your Altitude
