1 cup Freedom No Salt Added cottage cheese
1 cup Smart Balance Omega 3 Sour Cream
1 container Weights Watcher's whipped cream cheese
5 eggs, beaten or 5 Egg Whites
½ cup (1 stick) Smart Balance Butter Blend, melted
1TBSP Agave Syrup
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Sea Salt
7 cups (16 oz.) Wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
2 cups chopped Granny Smith Apples
½ cup raisins
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter blend, agave, cinnamon and sea salt in large bowl until well blended. Add noodles, apples and raisins; mix well.
- Spoon into a 13x9-inch greased baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon and ¼ tsp. sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
- Makes 12 servings.
