Serve this guacamole to spoon onto fish tacos.
1 orange (about 1/2 lb.)
1 firm-ripe Haas avocado (about 10 oz.)
2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic lime juice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
The Spice Hunter Hot chili flakes
Sea Salt

- 1. Cut and discard peel and white membrane from orange.
- Cut between segments to release fruit.
- Cut fruit into 1/2-inch chunks and put in a bowl.
- 2. Peel and pit avocado.
- Cut into 1/2-inch chunks and mix with orange chunks.
- Stir in lime juice, onions, and cilantro. Add chili flakes and salt to taste.
