KALE SAUTE
1 Cup of Kale that has been washed and then soaked overnight with 1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 TSP Minced Garlic
8 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
1 TBSP Roasted Garlic Oil
1 Skillet & 1 Bowl
Heat Oil in Skillet Medium High Heat
Add In Kale, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes And Cook Until Kale is Wilted.
Remove & Pour Into A Bowl
Set Aside
Use skillet from Kale, Cook Sausage
Remove From Cook top, Set Aside
Find These In Freezer At Your Local Indian Grocery Store. Cook 1 Whole Wheat Paratha In Skillet
Instead of Pizza Sauce Top With Pasta Sauce
I Used Classico Cabernet Marina With Herbs
Spread Pasta Sauce On Paratha
Add Kale Saute Over Pasta Sauce
Add Cooked Sausage Over Kale Saute
Fresh Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
