1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Cups Very Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onions
- 1 Can No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Sugar Snap Peas
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1/4 Cup Diced Celery Leaves
- 3-4 Celery Stalks Diced
- 10 Oz. Frozen Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips or Frozen Cooked Grilled Chicken Cubes
- 1 TBSP Ground White Pepper
- 1/8 -1/4 TSP Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP Garlic Granules
- 1 TBSP Crushed Dill Leaves
- 1 TBSP Crushed Rosemary Leaves
2 Oz No Yolks Egg White Pasta Broad Noodles
1 8.8 Oz. Package Uncle Bens Ready Rice Pouch Whole Grain Brown (Or Quick Cooking Brown Rice)
Add Olive Oil To Dutch Oven
Add Items 1-14 In The Order Listed Above
Mix Everything Together
Cover & Bring To a Boil On Medium High to High
Remove Cover
Add Broad Noodles And All The Brown Rice
Boil for Another 10-12 Minutes While Continually Stirring On Medium
Reduce Heat To Low, Cover And Simmer For 55 Minutes
Ready To Cook
Add Noodles And Rice
Continue Boiling
All Done And Ready To Eat
Let Cool
Then Cover And Store in Fridge
