Paprika Apricot Chicken

1 3 Quart Roasting Dish
1 TSP Canola Oil
6 Chicken Breasts
1 Jar of Smucker's Low Sugar Apricot Preserves
1/4 Cup Smoked Paprika
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Garlic Granules
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Vegan Butter


Add Oil To Dish
Add Water, Lemon Juice, Garlic Granules, & Onion Powder & Mix
Add Chicken
Top With Apricot Preserves & Vegan Butter
Bake 400 Degrees Until Done
