Okra Sausage Tomato Pea Soup

1 Dutch Oven
1 TSP Canola Oil
1 Package Isernio's Italian Chicken Sausage
1 Diced Onion
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
3-4 Diced Mini Orange, Red, & Yellow Bell Peppers
10 Oz Frozen Peas Steamed
16 Oz Frozen Chopped Okra Steamed
1 14.5 Oz. Can No Salt Added Petite or Diced Tomatoes
1 TBSP Amore Tomato Paste
1/8 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1 Cup Fresh Dried Pinto Beans Soaked Overnight & Cooked
8 Oz Brown Rice Microwaved
4 Cups Very Low Sodium Chicken Broth/Stock

Heat Oil On Medium
Saute Onion, Sausage, & Peppers Till Done
Then Add In Everything Else and Simmer on Low For 20-30 Minutes With Cover
