1 Microwave Bowl
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
1 TBSP Carob Powder
Soymilk
1 Sliced Banana
Add Oats to Bowl
Add in Flaxseed, Cinnamon & Carob
Add in Milk for the Type of texture you like your oatmeal, I like mine thick
Microwave till done, top with sliced Banana & mix
