Recipe Modified From My 2006 Vitamix Cookbook
2 Potatoes Cooked & Cubed Skin on or Off
1/4 Cup Diced Fresh Onion or Dried Onion Rehydrated
1/4 Cup Celery Leaves Fresh or Dried
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Soymilk or Milk of Your Choice
1 1/2 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth Not More Then 95 MG Sodium
4 - 6 Whole Garlic Gloves Plain or Roasted
1 Pinch of Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Ground White Pepper
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Leftover Veggie Pasta Made With Sundried Tomatoes, Broccoli & Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
Add Items to Vitamix in the Following Order
Chicken Broth in Large Vitamix
Buttermilk
Soymilk
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Celery & Onion
Potatoes
Leftover Pasta Mixture
Turn On Variable And Number 1 For Short Time, Then Turn To High, Turn To 10. Blend 5 Minutes.
Pour in Bowl And Enjoy.
Everything I Need Just Measure, Cook, Blend & Eat
Fresh Basil On Top
