6 Cups Low Sodium 95MG Chicken Broth
1/2 Pkg Chopped Frozen Spinach Cooked
1/4 TSP White Ground Black Pepper
1/4 - 1/2 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 -1/2 TSP Dried Celery Leaves
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots Semi-Cooked
1/2 Cup Dried Minced Onions
1 Pkg Microwave Diced Mushrooms White or Portabella Partly Cooked
8 - 10 Oz Liquid Egg Whites
Pour Chicken Broth Into Large Stock Pot
Cook Spinach, Drain And Add To Pot
Microwave Carrots Till Just Soft
Microwave Mushroom Till Partly Done
Add Salt & Pepper To Pot
Add Celery Leaves To Pot
Add Cooked Rice To Pot
Cook All Items Till Mushrooms & Carrots Are Now Soft And Onions And Celery Are Absorbed
Bring To a Boil, Once Boiling Pour Egg Whites Into Pot And Stir In Strips
I Assembled Half My Items In Bowl
Let Hang in Fridge Overnight
Then Finished The Next Day Because I was Out Of Mushrooms And Tired
Ready To Add Egg Whites
Egg Whites Swirled Into Strips
Looks a Bit Like Spaghetti
