Quick Kale Saute

1 Cup of Kale that has been washed and then soaked overnight with 1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 TSP Minced Garlic
8 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
1 TBSP Roasted Garlic Oil
Pecorino Romano Cheese (Made With Only Sheep's Milk)
1 Skillet

Heat Oil in Skillet Medium High Heat
Add In Kale, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes And Cook Until Kale is Wilted
For Some Extra Protein Grate Some Pecorino Romano Cheese On Top
