Pea Pesto Sauce

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 Oz Package of Frozen Peapods
1/4 Cup Cubed Onion
1/4 Cup Cubed Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese Made With 100% Sheep's Milk
12 Pistachios
1 TBSP Roasted Garlic
1 Vitamix, Blender, or Food Processor

You Could Make These With Broccoli or Cauliflower, This is Perfect On Pasta, Potatoes, or a Sandwich.
All Items In The Order Listed Above And Blend Until All Items Are Blended
