Salmon Gardein Vegetable Saute

2 Skillets
2 Gardein Chick'n Scallopini Breasts Sauteed in One Skillet (This is Meat-Free)
(You Can Sub 8 Ounces Grilled Diced Chicken)
6-8 sliced Grape Tomatoes
1 Diced Onion
1-2 TBSP Minced Garlic
8 Ounces Frozen Cut Green Beans Steamed
8 Ounces Sliced Portebella Mushrooms
1 Red Pepper Diced
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
4 Ounced Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Cut Into Cubes
1-2 TBSP Canola Oil
Fresh Grated Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese

In 1st Skillet Cook Gardein Chick'n Scallopini Breasts Following Package Instructions & Set Asided
In 2nd Skillet Heat Oil on Medium Heat
Add In Onion, Mushroom, Pepper, Beans & Tomato And Saute
Add In Salmon
Add in Chick'n Scallopini Breasts, Cook 2 More Minutes
Top With Cheese
