Chimichurri Marinade for Chicken, Steak, Fish or Pasta

1 Cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley Finely Chopped
4 Gloves Garlic Minced
2 TBSP Fresh Finely Chopped Oregano ( Can Sub Dried)
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar or White Wine or Champagne Vinegar
1/4 TSP Ground Pepper
1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1 Bowl

Add All Dry Items
Add All Wet Items & Mix
Pour Over 4-5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts & Marinade 4 Hours
Bake Chicken in a 400 Degree Oven For 45 Minutes to 1 Hour


Slice & Serve As Is, Over Brown Rice or Salad













Marinate Flank or Skirtsteak for 1-2 Hours
Bake in 400 Degree Oven Till Your Desired Doneness
