Balsamic Yukon Potatoes & Gardein Chick'n Scallopini Breasts

3 Yukon Potatoes Cleaned And Cut Into Cubes
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TSP Rosemary
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
2 Small Onions Minced
2 Frozen Gardein Brand Chick'n Scallopini Breasts
1 Skillet

Cook Gardein Brand Chick'n Scallopini Breasts
Remove Gardein Breasts, Cut Into Cubes And Set Aside

Add Oil to Preheated Skillet
Add Potatoes & Rosemary And Cook Till 3/4 Done
Add in Onion, Balsamic Vinegar, Capers, & Gardein Breasts.
Cook Until Done
