Tabouleh

1 Bowl
1/2 Cup Bulgur
1 1/2 Cups Diced Fresh Parsley
2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Mint
8-10 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber Peeled & Diced
1/4 TSP Ground White Pepper
1/8 TSP Sea Salt
6-8 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 TSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Follow Package Direction to Prepare Bulgur
Finish Bulgur, Drain Well & Set Aside
Put Bulgur in Bowl
Add All Items & Mix
Add More Lemon Juice if Desired & Sprinkle Some More Mint On Top if You Like
Serve in Pita or With Some Humus


Next Time I will use Canned No Salt Added  Diced Tomatoes
