Ratatouille With Some Meat

1 Dutch Oven
1 TBSP Canola Oil
1 Diced Onion
1 14.5 OZ Can No Salt Added Tomatoes
8 Oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Steam in Microwave)
8 Oz Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
3.5 Oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 1/2 Cups of Diced  Red,Yellow, & Orange Bell Peppers
2 TBSP Amore Tomato Paste
16 Oz Isernio Ground Chicken Italian Sausage

Add Oil to Dutch Oven
Heat on Medium
Add Sausage & Start to Cook
Add Onion, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Garlic & Stir
Add Broccoli, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Tomato Paste & Stir
Serve over Pasta or Eat As Is
