Smoked Salmon Vegetable Egg White Scramble

1 4 Oz Package Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Diced
1 Diced Onion
4 Oz Diced Mushrooms
5 Diced Grape Tomatoes
4 Oz Frozen Chopped Spinach Cooked in Microwave
1 TSP Capers
2 Diced Mini Yellow Bell Peppers
Enough Egg Whites To Scramble In Skillet After Veggies Are Cooked
1 TBSP Smart Balance Olive Butter Blend
Fat Free Cooking Spray
1 Bowl
1 Microwave Container
1 Skillet

Microwave Spinach, Drain, & Set Aside
Dice All Vegetables & Add To Prep Bowl
Spray Skillet
Add Butter Blend
Heat Skillet On Medium
Add in Vegetables & Saute
Add in Salmon
Add In Cooked Spinach
Add In Egg Whites, Dash of Sea Salt & Scramble With Cooked Vegetables

Ready To Eat
