Double Coconut Corn Bread

1 Bread Loaf Pan
Non Stick Cooking Spray
Parchment Paper
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Cup Corn Meal
7 TBSP Splenda
5 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Cream of Tartar
1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Egg Whites
1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Add All Dry Items in Bowl
Add All Wet Items & Mix
Spray Bread Loaf Pan & Add Parchment Paper
Bake At 415 Degrees for 25-40 Minutes
