Italian Southern Saute

1 Dutch Oven
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 -2 TBSP Mince Garlic
1 Cup Frozen Chopped Okra
1 Diced Onion
1 TBSP Capers
1/4 Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach
1/4 Cup Kale
1/4 Cup Collard Greens
1/4 Cup Sliced Red, Orange, & Yellow Bell Peppers
8 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
1/4 TSP Ground White Pepper
1/4 TSP Smoked Paprika
1-2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
1-2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil

Heat Dutch Oven on Medium
Add Oil
Add Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Capers, & Tomatoes & Saute
Add All Fresh & Dried Spices & Stir
Add Okra, Spinach & Fresh Greens
Saute Till Greens Are Slightly Wilted
