Chicken Breakfast Sausage Soup

1 Package Isernio's Chicken Breakfast Sausage
8 Oz Frozen Chopped Okra
8 Oz Diced Mushroom
1 Diced Onion
One 14.5 Oz Can No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Canola Oil
1 Bunch Chopped Kale
1 TBSP Chopped Red Jalapenos From Jar
1 TBSP Ground Cumin
1/8 TSP Sea Salt
1 TSP Ground Pepper
1 TBSP Fresh Diced Basil
1 Box 32 Oz Very Low Sodium Chicken Broth/Stock
1 5 Quart Dutch Oven

Heat Dutch Oven Over Medium Heat
Add Oil, Turn Down Heat
Add Sausage & Brown
Add Onion, Garlic, Mushroom, Sea Salt, Pepper, Basil & Saute
Add Jalapenos, Okra, Tomatoes, Kale & Chicken Stock
Add Cover & Simmer For 1 Hour
