Simple Pumpkin Bread Pudding

1 Mixing Bowl
3 Quart Casserole Dish
8-10 Slices Cubed Multi-Grain or Whole Wheat Bread
2 Egg Whites or 2 Orgran No Egg Natural Egg Replacers
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
3/4 -1 Cup Coconut Milk or other Non -Dairy Milk
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1 TSP Fresh Ground Nutmeg
1/4 -1/2 Cup Splenda
1/4 Cup No Sugar Added Applesauce
1 TBSP Melted Smart Balance Butter Blend Stick or other Olive Oil Blend

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Add Bread to Bowl
Add Spices
Add Liquids & Mix
Pour Mixture Into Casserole Dish & Bake Until Slightly Crispy 35-50 Minutes
