Coconut & Jalapeno Cornbread

Non Stick Flour Spray
1 Bread Loaf Pan
1 Mixing Bowl
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup Corn Meal
1/2 Cup Splenda
2 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Cream of Tartar
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 TSP Cilantro
Organ No Egg Natural Egg Replacer To Replace 2 Egg Whites
1-2 TBSP Diced or Minced Red Jalapeno From Jar or a little less Red Jalapeno Jelly
1/4 Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 TSP Canola Oil
1 TBSP Smart Balance Olive Oil Butter Blend Stick

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Spray Bread Loaf Pan
Add All Dry Items to Bowl
All All Wet Items to Bowl And Whisk Together

Bake 20-25 Minutes
