Rosemary Olive Oil Fries Not Fried

1/4 - 1/2 TSP Sea Salt
1 - 2TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6-8 Scrubed Washed Sliced Potatoes With Skins On
1 TBSP Crushed Rosemary
Balsamic Vinegar Optional
Fat Free Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Extra large Baking Sheet Lined With Aluminum Foil

Line Baking Sheet With Foil in Both Directions
Spray With O.O. Cooking Spray
Spread Potatoes Evenly Across Entire Baking Sheet
Drizze EVOO Over Potatoes
Drizzle Sea Salt Evenly Over Potatoes
Evenly Spread Rosemary on Potatoes

Bake in 350 Oven 30 - 45 Minutes or an Hour Depending on How Thin Your Slices Are

Potatoes Ready For Toppings

Ready To Bake

Ready To Eat Plain or Drizzled With Some Balsamic Vinegar
