With the cost of produce being so expensive in the Midwest during the winter I use a lot more frozen veggies, some No salt added tomatoes, and my ultimate Favorite Roasted Red Peppers. For a foodie and amateur chef like me this is one of those delish simple items to always have on hand. There is such a myriad of uses for them.
