Ground Chicken & Ground Turkey Meatloaf

1 Pound Ground Chicken And 1 Pound Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Finely Ground Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese Made With Sheep's Milk
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Almond Meal
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 Egg Whites Slightly Beaten
1/4 TSP Sea Salt
2 TBSP Chopped Parsley
1 TBSP Wang Chen Soy Sauce or Low Sodium Brand Must Have Have less then 235Mg Sodium
2 TBSP Amor Tomato Paste
8 Ounces Low Sodium Chicken Broth Need to have Less then 45 MG per 4 Ounce Serving
Fat Free Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Combine 4 Ounces of Chicken Broth With All Items Listed Above in large Bowl And Mix
Shape Into Loaf And Place in Sprayed Loaf Pan.
 Bake At 350 for 45 Min to 1 Hour. Remove loaf from Pan.
Combine remaining Chicken Broth with 2 TBSP of Meat drippings, Some Cornstarch, heat & serve with meat loaf.
