Greek & Jamaican Style Turkey Italian Sausage

1 Package Sweet Lean Turkey Italian Sausage Slit Completely in Half to Insure Even Cooking
1-2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 -2 TBSP Minced Garlic
3-4 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
The Spice Hunter Salt Free Jamaican Jerk Seasoning or Other Salt Free Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
2 Packets of Splenda
1 Pan Safe for Broiler
Fat Free Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Spray Pan
Add in Sausage, Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice
Sprinkle Jerk Seasoning Over Sausage
Sprinkle Splenda Over Sausage

Set Broiler To Low, Cook Evenly on Both Sides Till Done When There is No Pink In The Sausage
Serve Over Brown Rice, Serve With Black Beans, Serve Over Whole Grain Pasta, Serve Over Green Beans With Diced Potatoes, or Dice & Use As a Piazza Topping
