Vitamin B Energy Drink

1/2 Cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Unsalted Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Unsalted Almonds or Pecans
1/2 Cup of Organic Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Powdered Skim Milk 
1 1/2 Cups Soy Milk 
1 Banana
1 TSP Agave Syrup
1/4 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1-2 Cups Ice

Put All Ingredients in a Vitamix or Blender and Blend Well. Refrigerate Extra in Glass Jars.

Makes 2-3 cups
