Rachel's Gazpacho Soup

1-15 oz. Can No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes
1-14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup water
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut in chunks
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
2 gloves garlic, peeled and pressed
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soysauce
2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worchestire Low Sodium (Heinz)
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons basil

Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
